Please understand that our logistics teams are working to quickly process and ship all orders as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel a pending order prior to shipment we will do our best to accommodate, however stopping an order that has already been picked for shipping is not possible. Some orders may still be processed after a cancellation request has been sent due to timing.
Please be aware that no refund is allowed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your prizes we shipped, you may return any unused, undamaged item(s) that are in the same condition in which within 30 days of the receipt (as indicated on tracking information). Any returned items can be exchanged for new shipment or equivalent coins.
You must contact us via customer service and receive a return confirmation from us prior to sending your package. Returns must be sent in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any cancellation or refund of items will be returned in form of coins or Prize you originally selected for shipment.
